These lunch boxes are made from 100% organic rice husk fibre held together with a naturally occurring binding agent made from plants. It is moulded at a very high temperature creating a durable surface that looks and feel like plastic.

Handle these Beautiful Lunchboxes with love and they will last for years. At the end of it's lifetime, please remove the silicone seal and recycle where possible. The lunch box can then be smashed up and discarded on your compost heap or garden waste bin and will biodegrade fully within 180 days. 

Note: DO NOT microwave or oven with silicone seal - remove this first to help preserve the silicone. Microwave on a medium or low heat and for no more than 3 minutes.

(Although we recommend you should not use a microwave altogether! Especially with children's foods).
