Grounding & Earthing Explained.
Please watch this short video to understand the importance of grounding/earthing.
What is Grounding/Earthing?
Grounding or earthing refers to contact with the Earth's surface electrons by walking barefoot outside or sitting, working, or sleeping indoors connected to conductive systems like a grounding sheet that transfers the earths energy from the ground into the body.
The Earth is like a ginormous battery that contains a natural, gentle electrical charge, a special kind of energy present in the ground. For safety and stability, everything in the electrical world is connected to it.
The best way for you to earth is to literally go outside and take your shoes and socks off and spend as much time with your feet on the ground. Remember that if you have shoes on, you are not grounding!
However if like most people in this modern world you rarely have the time or opportunity then the best alternative is a grounding bed sheet. They work by connecting via a wire to the earthing port of an electrical outlet.
The Organic cotton sheets contain fine silver thread throughout that once connected to a plug socket (All plug sockets have an earthing wire that go's into the ground) make you connected to the earth, this has the same effect as walking barefoot on the ground.
Grounding reduces pain and alters the numbers of circulating neutrophils and lymphocytes, and also affects various circulating chemical factors related to inflammation. This might sound a trivial thing but when you actually think about how little we all ground its no wonder that inflammation is such a problem in the world today.
